All visitors are required to be pre-registered by the tenant and to provide a valid form of identification to gain access. Authorized tenants may register a guest or visitor by going online to https://smartsite.symmetry.net/ (opens in new window). To gain access to the system, the authorized tenant representative should submit a service request by selecting Security Visitor Registration System and provide the name and email of the staff.
